Beautiful location and loved the family farm feel. The cottage is clean and has a great lay out for a big family. The children loved it! Great cottage, located on a working farm.
Great cottage, located on a working farm.Good directions given on how to find them. With good communication prior to arrival by email.3 Bedrooms in main cottage, 2 on lower floor with 1 bathroom with shower a 1 big bedroom upstairs off the living room with a big en-suite with a roll top bath, these were all are lovely and all clean.Good size open plan dining/living area with table big enough to sit 8 people.2 large sofas and 2 comfy wicker chairs.Kitchen is small but has everything you need enough plates, cutlery etc… also had a dishwasher with tablets included. The welcome pack was lovely. The annex attached is a good size with a bathroom. Also had a fridge and kettle provided. The outside of the cottage is private with a patio area, table and chairs and a hot tub..No shops or pub in the village , theres a pub called the Trout Inn which can be reached by foot. But it’s a narrow road to get there, and about half hr walk, wouldn’t want to walk back in the dark. The owner seemed nice and greeted us on arrival other than that we didn’t see them much as they were busy on the farm.Designated parking bays for 2 cars. However if parked closer you’d probably get 3 cars. The other cottages were all as private and had there own parking.I would recommend if you want to chill out with the family or couples Can’t comment on the local area as we spent the day at the coast and stayed in in the evenings
