Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed lawned gardens, patio, decking areas, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for several cars. No smoking.. This is a delightful property, perfect for families - no need to bring pushchairs - a Maclaren pushchair is provided. There is a variety of wetsuits (2-14 years). Cosy and comfortable with wood burning stove in the L shaped living/dining area. Browse along the bookshelves and snuggle down in front of the fire, choose from the extensive choice of DVDs and admire water colours painted by the owner’s mother. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen and relax in the conservatory at the back. The large lawn at the rear is ideal for children to play - well fenced so no wandering into the wild highly protected conservation area. Listen to the birdsong that permeates from here and use the binoculars provided to watch cormorants, sea eagles and herons. Relax on the patio areas, perfect suntraps and barbecue after a day’s exploring. Two delightful bedrooms - the main with stylish king size en-suite and the second a family room with a double bed and 3ft. bunk beds.

Stroll down to the village, 5 minutes away, where there is a lovely sandy beach with stunning views of the two small islands known as the ’Isle of Gulls’. A perfect spot to relax and for children to build sandcastles and potter about. Culinary delights await at the various restaurants and fish and chip shops. Buy locally at the small supermarket a few minutes walk away, lovely supplies of local meat and fresh fruit and vegetables. Go to local thatched roofed bakery for bread, cakes and great cooked breakfasts. Visit the National Trust visitors centre next to the beach and learn the history of this unique area. Whistling Sands(National Trust) only a couple of miles up the coast a delightful bay where children will delight in the fact that the sands really do whistle! Find your perfect cove when walking the Coastal Path, Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn beaches are an easy drive. Visit Abersoch with wide sandy beaches excellent shops and lively restaurants and ever popular Llanbedrog Beach with candy coloured beach huts.
