Ground floor flat with a lot of charm and decoration just a few steps from the beach of Riells. Situated in a quiet passage where only neighbours pass by, you can enjoy the large terrace in peace and quiet. It is distributed in a dining-living room with air conditioning, large open kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and basin, and a second bedroom for a small child. It has wifi, television with national and international channels and air conditioning. It also has a parking space where you can leave your car but you can go to the weekly market on Sundays, to restaurants or to the beach without having to worry about where to park.
