Villa Dell'Arco - Seaview, Private Pool & AirCo

Villa dell'Arco is located in the Marche region, very close to the town of Sant'Elpidio a Mare, and offers a breathtaking view of both the sea and the rolling hills.
The villa was completely renovated in 2022 in accordance with eco-sustainability standards and a zero environmental footprint, and transformed into an elegant holiday home with a private swimming pool.
Here, guests can enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature and tranquility, just a few minutes from the sea, with amenities that make a group holiday truly memorable.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden featuring a gazebo for al fresco dining, a BBQ, and a fully equipped pool area with a wonderful view over the hills all the way to the nearby sea. Watching the sunrise is a magical experience.

Outside, there are many shared areas with tables and chairs, as well as relaxation areas with sun loungers where you can enjoy the cool sea breeze while sipping a glass of fine wine in the company of friends and family, surrounded by the greenery of our olive grove.

The spacious entryway, which separates the living and sleeping areas of the house, leads to a large living room with sofas, tables, chairs, a dining table, a fireplace, and large sliding glass doors that flood the space with natural light and offer a breathtaking view of the pool area, the hills, and the sea.

The living room features a cosy mezzanine level with a sofa bed, a game table, and a reading nook that can also serve as a private workspace for remote workers.

A fully equipped open-concept kitchen comes with all the standard kitchenware and, for added safety, does not use a gas stove. The entire house is 100% powered by electricity.

The sleeping area is arranged around a wide hallway that runs the full length of the house and consists of 5 spacious and bright bedrooms with the following layout:
1 double bedroom (160x200) + single sofa bed
1 double bedroom (160x200) + single sofa bed
1 double bedroom (160x200)
1 double bedroom (160x200)
1 quadruple bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a bunk bed (80x190)
3 full bathrooms—(1 bathroom with a bathtub—2 bathrooms with showers)

Every room in the villa has its own air conditioning system, making the house very comfortable in any weather.

We do not live in the house, and the entire property will be rented exclusively to a single group of guests (not shared with anyone else). We will stop by from time to time to perform routine maintenance tasks (watering the garden and flowers, cleaning the pool, etc.), but we will only enter the office space, which is detached from the house and has a separate entrance.
One staff member who lives 20 minutes away by car will be available to assist you during your stay.
