Renovated townhouse with a terrace.
The house has two floors, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and a large bedroom with a private bathroom on the second floor.
At the back of the house there is a semi- basement with a lounge area and a dining room; upstairs, there is a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need, along with a full bathroom next to it. At the back of the kitchen, there is a staircase leading up to a large terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue with mountain views.
Across the street is an organic fruit shop, and nearby you’ll find restaurants, a supermarket that closes at noon, and more...
is located at the end of Perales’ high street, which features a bike path. You can also walk along the Tajuña Greenway, which runs alongside the Tajuña River, and enjoy nature.
