ur stunning duplex in front beach Holidays2Fuengirola Duplex with 3 bedrooms front beach apartment is located in the center of Fuengirola at the promenade on the 8th floor with a stunning sea view just 200m from the port. Car is not necessary as you can walk to restaurants, the beach, the shopping center Miramar (1500m) other shops and supermarket in the surroundings. Train station is 700m from the holiday home if you want to visit Malaga, Torremolinos, the Plaza Mayor shopping center or if you arrive/departure by plane.

The apartment is a duplex. The elevator brings you to the 7th floor and stairs up to floor 8. It has capacity for 6 guests with 6 single beds, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with bathtub/shower. The first floor of the apartment offers a terrace with sea view, table and chairs. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms, living room with the kitchen which is fully equipped, a small room where the wash machine is and a small terrace to hang the clothes. On this floor is the bathroom with shower located. One of the single beds has the other bed under.

On the floor above, where you go up by stairs, there is a bedroom, another terrace with sea view and the other bathroom which is inside the bedroom (in suite)

All terraces are for private use.

The property is provided with microwave, oven, wash machine, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc. Aircon, WiFi, 2 TV (one is Smart TV) are also provided.

Pets are accepted (Max. 7kgs). You must pay € 30 per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet KitRules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don®t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noice.

Really nice appartment with fantastic placement nearby waterfront, habour and old town. Appartment js really, really nice and we especially enjoyed the big terrace against the water and the big open kitchen with doors to terrace. Good to know; aircon is working and is automatically turned off when you open/close front door.

6 adults, 3rd bedroom is a bit small, but beds in all rooms comfy, The apartment is lovely, but for the price it needs to be better looked after , small repair jobs and better cleaning would of made its cost more reasonable, one beach chair, no spare towels, 1 tea towel, bathroom door locks not working, things worn , stairs noisy, overall the apartment is great ,fab location and lovely terrace

Great location, super terrace and views

Great winter sunshine with a superb, spacious outside terrace overlooking the beach above a quiet road. We ate in for half of our three week stay and the kitchen was perfectly adequate. The bed was comfortable but strange to have single sheets instead of duvet covers. The spiral staircase in the apartment was adequate if a little noisy, it was good that there was only one apartment per floor, so the lift to the floor below was fast and reliable. The highlight, of course, was the superb terrace which had a range of comfortable seating and two sun loungers. The terrace got sun most of the day and early evening. It was a bonus to have breakfast on the balcony most days watching the fishing boats and early morning swimmers. We used one of the other terraces to dry laundry. Overall a 5-star terrace of a not-quite 5-star apartment, but more than adequate for a stay by the sea.

Great property and great location

When we rented an apartment in Los Boliches in Fuengirola in 2019, we were met at the apartment by a representative of the property manager. He provided keys and showed us all the nuances of the apartment. When we arrived in Fuengirola by taxi this March, it was confusing as to how we would get into the apartment we rented. We had taken a car service from Nerja and arrived at the apartment only to find that we had to get to another location to pick up keys in one of a set of four mailboxes located on the side of a major street. Thankfully the Uber driver who took me there was able to find the mail boxes, and once I inserted the four digit code, I was able to get the keys to the apartment. Eight euros later, I arrived back to the apartment and was thoroughly pleased with the beautiful location, the cleanliness of the apartment and the extras that were left for us (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, cleaning products, etc.). Our stay was wonderful and we would highly recommend the apartment. During our 12 day stay, we never saw a drop of rain. We enjoyed many wonderful restaurants and the bakery very close to the apartment. Thanks and we will be back.

LÀgenheten övertrÀffade förvÀntningarna och lÀget var perfekt. NÀra stranden och alla smÄ grÀnder med mÄnga trevliga restauranger. PÄ minus sidan fanns det smÄ detaljer, diskmaskinen ich ugnen fungerade inte, den senare lagades under tiden vi var dÀr. AC fingerade utmÀrkt men instruktionerna var klart bristfÀlliga trots att vi frÄgade. Det fanns en huvudbrytare vid ytterdörren, sÄ fort nÄgon öppnade dörren stÀngdes AC av och dÄ var man tvungen att trycka pÄ den knappen. Inget stort problem nÄr vi fick den informationen, dock tog det tvÄ dagar och att servicepersonal fick komna till lÀgenheten och felsöka, nÀr det enda dom kunde ha sagt var att trycka pÄ knappen. Det var lÀtt att hÄlla kontakt med Holidays2Malaga (Laura) via appen WhatsApp, hon svarade snabbt pÄ vÄra frÄgor. Sammanfattningsvis var lgh mycket bra med en fantastisk terass och utsikt.

Schöne Unterkunft

Mega tolle Dachterrasse und Aussichten, gute Lage und Anbindung. Leider war es erst etwas kalt und Heizen mit der Klimaanlage nicht so gleichmĂ€ssig gut zu steuern. Im Winter empfiehlt es sich, Hausschuhe mit zu bringen. Nach 2-3 Tagen ging es. Ansonsten hĂ€tte es in der KĂŒche ein grosses Schneidebrett und stabile, scharfe Messer gebraucht. Es gibt keinen gemĂŒse-SchĂ€ler. Sonst aber alles Top! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
