Southern Grace is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath cabin located in the foothills of the Smokies that provides easy access to countless local attractions. With spacious bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen) featuring HDTVs and private bathrooms. In the living area, a HDTV and cozy fireplace make a perfect place to snuggle on cool evenings. Other interior features include a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. A hot tub, log rockers, and a patio bar make this spacious wrap around porch a haven for relaxation. Guests have full access to the Eagle Springs Resort pool and picnic pavilion as a bonus!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure pool pass is hung on the chalkboard beside the front door. Place used towels and washcloths on the floor in one of the bathrooms. Make sure the hot tub is covered.
Turn off the Keurig and the arcade game. Lock all windows. Set Thermostat to 55 degrees F (Winter) 75 degrees F (Spring/Summer/Fall). Take all trash to resort’s dumpsters.

Very nice place very quiet and dark for a good night sleep. Beds were comfortable and clean.

We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed the quiet and rest while we wetthere and the pack man and galaga were definitely a plus

Overall pleased

The property was as described. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy. The house was clean and equipped sufficiently. We only had one issue and that was at check in. I had messaged the host several days before we arrived and then the evening before. The day of our arrival, we still didn't have info needed to get in the cabin. Tried to call & couldn't reach anyone. Sent a message & did finally get a response. A little frustrating when your in the cold & had no cell reception. After that hiccup, we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Ruined our vacation. They never sent us the door access and would not respond to our phone call, text or emails. We had to call VR BO. And they could not get a hold of them either. Ruined. the whole place was perfect for what we needed. me and my bff and her 2.5 year old. <3 kitchen + hot tub + two wonderfully comfortable beds with separate bathrooms -- bless it!

Spacious comfy clean cabin great for our family of 4 but definitely could sleep 6 with pullout couch

July 2018. We had a great time at Southern Grace. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the porch. No dust on the rocking chairs or anywhere. The hot tub was nice and the grill was a bonus. Wish there was a fire pit to roast marshmallows. Each room had a TV and we were able to hook up our fire stick so the kiddos could watch their favorite shows. Kitchen had everything we needed, but utensils could use an update. We had to buy garbage bags because only 2 were supplied for our 4 night stay. We also ran out of toilet paper. The washer/dryer came in very handy each night to dry towels and wash our clothes before coming home. We did have a run in with a nest of yellow jacket wasps hiding in the mulch next to where our car was parked...but that's nature for you. Just be careful where you walk. We enjoyed having a pool to relax in at the end of our day. There were usually only 1 or 2 families there with us. Plenty of room. If you plan on grocery shopping there just note it's about a 15-20 minute drive to Kroger or Aldi. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. The owners were very prompt in responding whenever we had questions or issues. It felt like we were renting from a friend. We will surely be back!
