As the name suggests, this house is the ideal accommodation for those who wish to explore the island of Madeira with family or friends. This accommodation is a true oasis where nature invites you to rest and recharge your batteries away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
This property offers its guests a quiet space, with several common areas such as reading and socializing spaces, solariums and small corners of contemplation in the garden. Fruit trees, plants and flowers make this an idyllic space perfect for those who want to reconnect with nature in its pure state.
“Casa de Família” accommodation is suitable for 6 people as it is composed of 3 spacious bedrooms, all with double bed. In the house there are also several leisure areas, both indoors as reading rooms, the winter garden and the living room as well as several outdoor areas such as the barbecue and the beautiful garden.
Arco da Calheta is known for its great climate, nature and hospitality. Although it is located in the high areas of the municipality, in just a few minutes by car you can go to the centre of Calheta. Therefore we do advise you to rent a car since free parking is available in this property.

In Calheta’s Village you will find all the services and facilities you may look for. From supermarkets, restaurants and cafés to the Casa das Mudas Museum and the Aguardente distillery. Here you will also find the Marina with several offers of whale watching and water sports.

Etwas Besonderes

Das Grundstück liegt schon ziemlich abseits oberhalb des Ortes. Ein Auto ist Pflicht. Der Garten ist wunderschön und kreativ angelegt. Der Empfang durch Mercilia war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist rustikal, die Küche aber vernünftig ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, allerdings gibt es aktuell nur ein funktionierendes Bad. Größtes Manko ist die Feuchtigkeit im Wohnzimmer. Das ist auf Dauer nicht gesund und hier muss dringend was passieren. Ansonsten ist es wirklich ein außergewöhnliches Domizil, perfekt für alle, die Ruhe suchen.
