A very nice villa

Villa was well located, the outside space was lovely, bedrooms spacious with plenty of storage with loads of hangers, the kitchen was well equipped and modern. Management company was very attentive and helpful. Overall an outstanding place to stay

Our stay in the villa was amazing

Our stay in the villa was amazing. There was no misrepresentation as it was exactly how it was advertised if not better. The view was something that caught me by surprise as I didn’t realise from the pictures just how beautiful the view was which you could look at from the pool. It was really near the old town only a ten minute walk and I would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful property and excellent location. We stayed as a family of 5 with a toddler and it was so quiet and peaceful. The property was really clean with fresh towels provided. It had the right amount of pots & pans, cutlery etc you need for cooking. The swimming pool was lovely, as the weather was really hot the pool was a good temperature. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, hoover and iron.., the location is suburb, only 40 minutes from the airport and 5/10 minutes into old town. If you want peace and quiet this is the perfect villa.

The villa is really peaceful and lovely within walking distance of the Marina and Old Town. The pool and sundeck was perfect with views of the Marina and the sea. The villa was very clean with everything you needed. We did have some issues with the bedding but that was sorted out. We would definitely visit again.

This is a lovely, comfortable, luxurious and spacious property in a quiet area and with great views. It’s a 20-minute walk to the old town and a 20-minute walk to the Marina. This is a newly refurbished property and therefore has a few simple teething problems that I will let the owners know about so that, when they are sort, the next occupant will definitely be giving this property a 5-star rating. .

Our stay in this villa was simply perfect. The pool area is huge and ideal for groups who want to enjoy the Algarve climate. The villa itself is spacious, with several areas to relax, whether in the living room, on the terracesaround the pool. The decoration and finishes are of the highest quality, and the privacy the location offers is hard to find. Luxury, comfort and total privacy

Our stay in this villa was an incredible experience. The villa is spacious and very well decorated, offering all the comforts needed for a peaceful and luxurious stay. The swimming pool was a real highlight, with a calm and private setting, perfect for moments of relaxation. The location, although quiet, was close enough to Albufeira to allow easy access to the beaches and the best restaurants. Without a doubt, it's the ideal place for those looking for privacy, comfort and a touch of luxury. .

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

NO ACONSEJABLE

Defectos: tuberías que huelen fatal (baño casi no se cabe) cocina inutil (no cocina los alimentos) no hay pinzas para la ropa en una zona de playa. Al llegar hay una persona en la piscina que entra por los tejados (se avisa y nos dicen que es lo normal). Al día siguiente no funciona depuradora de piscina (un ruido insoportable toda la noche) y goteo de ducha exterior, nuevamente nos aparecen 2 personas en la casa sin avisar que casi nos morimos del susto. El código de entrada no funciona (nos dan una erróneo para entrar). El teléfono de contacto con el responsable no es atendido y tampoco es posible contactar en español (solo portugués o ingles dificultando mucho la mediacion). Hormigas por toda la casa. Colchones viejos y de muelles con dolor de espalda todos los días, el sofá del salón sucio y con restos orgánicos. El suelo de la terraza roto en varios sitios así como la escalera de acceso a la piscina (y nosotros con un niño). Acceso a la vivienda con varios escalones y estrechos (fatal poder bajar las maletas, la compra....). Mala ubicación: lejos de playa y centro.
