Upon entering through the private entrance on the ground floor, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The generous living room features a 70" Smart TV and patio doors that open onto the terrace, perfect for alfresco dining. Additionally, the living area includes a sofa bed (140x200cm).



Upstairs, you'll find a charming sun terrace, a bedroom with a balcony, and a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), along with a wardrobe for convenient storage of your belongings. The full bathroom boasts a generous shower, double sink, bidet, toilet, and a washing machine for guests' convenience.



To ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay, we provide a variety of amenities, including high-speed WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, as well as towels and kitchen cloths.



This is a fully private townhouse with exclusive terraces, and guests have access to the shared garden and pool, where they can unwind on sun loungers and enjoy the mild climate of Albufeira.
