One Bedroom Apartment In Albufeira With Private Balcony And Sea Views
Our one bedroom air-conditioned apartment is located at the Top of the Old Town in Albufeira. Ideally located for all tastes with Fisherman’s Beach just a 2 minute walk and the bars, restaurants and shops within 300m - the apartment is set within the Bay View complex which has a large swimming pool, children’s splash pool and relaxing garden area. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows all with a sea views and a balcony where you can relax in private.
Bay View Algarve has free secure private WiFi access.
Please note that from 21 May 2024 the Municipality of Albufeira introduced a nightly Tourist Tax which is payable by all guests over the age of 13 at 2€ per night for a maximum of 7 nights. A QR code for payment will be sent prior to your arrival to collect the tax payment.
Bay View Algarve is registered with Alojamento Local/AL (permission to rent the property or Rental Licence) meaning our guests can be assured that we comply to all required health & safety regulations.

Owned and managed by Husband and Wife Team, Darren and Gail Sykes, we live in Sao Bras de Alportel in the Eastern Algarve and have over 20 years experience of managing self-catering holiday rentals in this area. We purchased our apartment in the Bay View complex in January 2013 and we continue to update it every winter to ensure that our Guests have everything they need to enjoy the wonderful Algarve.

The apartment is situated in an ideal situation above the Old Town which means access to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants are within a few minutes walk.
What makes this property unique
Location at the top of the Old Town means that you will have easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants while not being disturbed by large groups as you can do in the New Town area. The apartment has an outstanding view over the Ocean and we provide little extras such as beach towels at no addtional costs to save on the packing
