If you are one of those people who spend the whole year dreaming about their holidays, this apartment is certainly one of the best options.



It is distinguished by the fantastic view from the balcony facing south and facing the sea, price-quality ratio, excellent location and sun exposure and good levels of comfort.



In the center of Olhos de Água, 50m from the beach, you can enjoy restaurants, bars and terraces, in addition to all the services offered by the village.



The cheerful decoration reflects harmony between the various areas of the room, comprising entrance hall, living and dining room, kitchenette, master bedroom, bathroom and balcony.



In the living room you will find a sofa that converts into a bed for two people, a 4-seater dining table, a coffee table, satellite TV and access to the balcony.



The kitchenette, very functional and fully equipped, has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, stove and oven, microwave, toaster and electric kettle to ensure the quality of your meals.



The master bedroom, with two single beds, is air-conditioned and has a built-in wardrobe. This apartment has 1 complete bathroom, consisting of a bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet



The balcony offers outdoor furniture, with a table and chairs so you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a sea view.



The capacity of this apartment is 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 baby. For babies, upon request, we have a travel bed and a high chair. We inform you that the travel cot does not include sheets.



The Varandas do Mar building offers parking in a private garage and a communal outdoor pool with fabulous sea views.



The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people. It is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.



Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.



We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Reservations for people aged between 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking the good condition of the apartment. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

Great place to staying

We were very happy with the view and the place , location is great , easy shopping, little disappointed no air con in the living room, and only half roll toilet paper no soap and shampoo bedroom do have air con overall , we would like go back someday again.

Ideal for 2 people comfortably… the view is the highlight of the place.Sergio was very responsive. Make sure you take dishwasher soap, sponge, garbage bag if you will cook and wash clothes. .

Great location

Superb position in Alhos with a great view along the coast from the spacious balcony and one floor above the lovely outside pool. Downside was a very small hand basin in the bathroom and the bed settee was not very comfortable. Suits two people rather than four. .

Fantastic view from the balcony, which is huge and furnished for all you will need. Couch was a bit uncomfortable to sit on, but we were never really indoors long enough. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Beds were comfy. Loved it all. So much so have booked to go back next year.

This apartment has a fabulous view from a very spacious and well equipped terrace. It is modern, clean and bright and very comfortable. There is easy access to both the beach and the town which is such a benefit for me as I have limited mobility. Sérgio is very easy to contact and understanding, resolving any issues immediately. Perhaps a full length mirror and a coffee pod machine.

When we arrived there was only one toilet roll, no washing up liquid. There are only 2 mugs in the kitchen. The sheets are too small for the beds. The parasol on the balcony is broken and one of the sun beds is broken. The kitchen tap leaks. Bit od a disappointment as we stayed in the apartment next door last year and it was so much better

Dejlig lejlighed med skøn beliggenhed

Ligger i roligt område med hyggeligt by- og strandmiljø omring. Super dejlig udsigt fra den store terrasse - perfekt lejlighed til 2 voksne (og evt et barn) Vi havde lidt svært ved at finde lejligheden, da GPS ikke viser den rigtige vej ift. adressen. Men super god hjælp af Sergio & Co. i den forbindelse.

Schönes Apartment mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen: Strand und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch 2 Supermärkte sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine sehr große Terrasse mit Meerblick. Wir hatten etwas Pech, da sowohl die Geschirrspülmaschine als auch die Waschmaschine nach vielen Monaten Pause defekt waren. Sergio und Bruno waren zwar bemüht, die Maschinen reparieren zu lassen, auf die Schnelle waren jedoch die Ersatzteile nicht verfügbar. Aufgrund der Inzidenzentwicklung mussten wir leider vorzeitig abreisen. Wir kommen aber bestimmt ein anderes Mal wieder, da es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Kommunikation mit Sergio und Bruno verlief reibungslos.

You can't go wrong

We know Olhos D'Agua very well but this is the fist time we've stayed at this property. The pictures are 100% accurate. The apartment has a massive balcony with plenty of seating and the sun shines on it from early morning until late afternoon. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and more kitchen equipment than you could possibly need. The building is very secure with keypad access on the main door and multi lever locks on the apartment door itself. The patio doors also have rolle shutters so you can leave your patio door open all night behind the roller shutters. If you are driving you have access to a pivate car park with an allocated space and private access via the lift to the Town Centre level. Sergio couldn't be more helpful.
