Two-bedroom apartment with a living room featuring a sofa and a 65-inch TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and a spacious panoramic terrace overlooking Cagliari Castle and Monte Urpino Park, while the rear of the apartment faces the Parco della Musica. The terrace features a large table, a hot tub for 4 people, and two lounge chairs. The apartment will be available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. <br><br>The tourist tax is to be paid on site unless it is included in the additional cost.<br><br>Non-smoking home.
