Ideally located for families wanting an affordable seaside holiday or short break in Aldeburgh, this spacious holiday house with two enclosed gardens is just a twenty-minute walk from the colourful high street and wonderful shingle beach, and has the bonus of fully enclosed gardens at the back and front, as well as off road parking.

SPACE
You’re welcomed into the hallway with the stairs rising ahead of you, the family room, utility room and cloakroom to your right; living room and back hallway with door to the garden and space for buggies etc. to your left; and kitchen/breakfast room with French doors to the garden at the back of the house. The whole house is carpeted other than the kitchen and bathrooms.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
Sitting at the back of the house, this large and light kitchen has French doors opening into the garden – ideal for dining in the fresh air. Units wrap around two walls and house everything you need to cater at home - an electric oven with separate grill, a four-ring gas hob with extractor over, an under counter fridge, a dishwasher, free standing microwave, kettle and toaster.
There’s a dining table with six chairs and a highchair for little guests!
LIVING ROOM
This cosy room with a wood burning stove has a couple of sofas, a TV and DVD player and a selection of books, DVDs and games for your entertainment.
FAMILY ROOM
A great place for kids to chill, simply furnished with bean bags and a cabinet housing a TV.

The house is set back from Saxmundham Road with a path leading up to the front door and continuing to the back of the house where a gate opens into the back garden. The front garden is mainly lawn with a patio and bench inviting you to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine. The garden at the back is fully enclosed and also grassed with a patio - perfect for games or meals, furnished with.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
