This property is too good to miss; Over a hundred 5* reviews can't be wrong !! It is a centrally located ground floor property which sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms - 1, 5ft king with basin and 1 twin with 3ft beds and cot, 1 bathroom with shower over the bath. It is ideally located 2 minutes from the top of the Town Steps, the property benefits from having a secure garden, a large sitting room and a kitchen with dining table that can sit 8. Linen and towels are provided . Please note there is a surcharge of £20 if you wish to bring pets. There is also a surcharge of £20 if just 2 people stay but use both bedrooms (to cover extra laundry and cleaning costs) .

This is excellent accommodation for our short stay. The weather was not brilliant but the flat gave us a warm and comfortable refuge. Very convenient for Aldeburgh High Street and beach with all the top notch pubs and restaurants.

Amazing place for our small family. After visiting Aldeburgh many times previously and only staying at hotels, this was by far the better experience. We loved it there - even the dog was sad to leave!

Amazing house and location

Lovely house with everything you need for a few days. 3 min stroll and you are in the middle of the high street. Parking never an issue. This was our second time to stay and we will be back hopefully soon!

Great weekend away

Loved our weekend in Aldeburgh. Lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable and very convenient for the main High Street with shops and restaurants, plus the beach. Easy parking. Would stay again.

Brilliant spacious apartment in a perfect location

This is a great 2 bed apartment with everything you need for a stay in Aldeburgh. It is exactly as it’s described online and is really spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable for 4 people and a dog. We have had a wonderful break so thanks very much to the owners.

A wonderful property containing everything you could possibly want. It’s extremely clean, comfortable and cosy. A great location; so near the Town Steps, the High Street and the beach. This was our second visit and we hope to make it an annual event.

Perfect for our Ultra Marathon weekend

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. The location was great as it was 10 mins walk to the start of our race and when we'd finished it was up the steps to the house. Quiet neighbourhood, a home from home. We'd definitely come again, but without having to run a race!

What an amazing find

home away from home

Are you scrolling though the online properties and considering which one to rent? Look no further! We have just had a wonderful few days away in this beautiful apartment, which is a short stroll from Aldeburgh High Street and Beach. Very clean, very spacious in a very quiet neighbourhood. The property is very well maintained, and the courtyard garten at the back is wonderful and sunny. The owners are fabulous to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.... we hope to return very soon!!

Great place to stay in Aldeburgh! We loved the secure garden - perfect for our dog & the fact that the kitchen was well equipped with quality stuff. The whole place feels solid & good quality whilst being homely. We may well be back!

My husband has been coming here all his life and I started holidaying here in 1980. We were married in Aldeburgh Parish Church and both sets of parents lived here in their retirement.

There is so much to do here (or a wonderful place to do nothing!) that we come back time and time again.
