The Lookout' is a fabulous Georgian holiday home enjoying a spectacular terrace with panoramic views of the sea and coastline!
The location is splendid and desirable, situated just off the High Street, close to the Moot Hall and model yacht pond (brilliant fun for the children!)
At the northern end of the High Street means that you are able to get away from the hustle and bustle during the busier months but are a mere 3 minute stroll from the lovely shops , restaurants, café’s and Adnams pubs!

This stunning 3 bedroom Georgian Maisonette with it’s own small private courtyard is situated on the High Street, enjoying spectacular panoramic views of the Sea and coastline. Outside:
The Roof Terrace over looks the beach and is furnished with outdoor table and chairs.

The accommodation consists of three bedrooms on the first floor, one double en suite, two twin rooms plus a family shower room, all recently refurbished to a high standard, highly rated 4 star Gold + by the Tourist Board .

Stairs to a bright and airy landing on the first floor with doors leading to the following rooms:

A family bathroom with large shower, vanity unit and WC.
Bedroom 1, Master bedroom with comfy double bed, tastefully furnished, en suite with large shower, vanity unit and WC.
Bedroom 2, a roomy twin bedded room with pine wardrobe and pine chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3, a cosy twin bedded room with small wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Useful utility room with washer/dryer, iron, coat hooks and plenty of storage room for cases etc
The kitchen area is attractively fitted in cream units with granite look work surfaces and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, dining table for 6. French style doors overlooking the Moot Hall and the sea and coastline.

The main living area is spacious with two comfortable sofa’s, chairs and lounge furniture.

Outside a small courtyard area that traps the morning and mid-day sun, offers a quite place to sit and enjoy the fresh air.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Towels and bed linen are included in the rental. The property is serviced weekly for stays of one week or longer. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be provided on request.

Other:
Top floor Outside balcony and terrace ,a large area to enjoy with fantastic views and a prefect area to enjoy breakfast at sun rise, brunch, lunch or your evening meal.

Staycation at The Lookout Aldeburgh
This apartment is wonderfully located in the centre of Aldeburgh, we were able to walk to all the restaurants. Everything you need - and more - is provided. Lovely comfortable beds and furniture all of good quality, a very stylish property. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sea. The Lighthouse, Regatta and Seafood & Grill restaurants are all excellent as is the Fish & Chips. We really hope to visit again and congratulate the owners on their wonderful holiday home.

Highly recommended
This is a really excellent choice of accommodation. Close to all the amenities and just a short distance away from the beach. The apartment is furnished to a really high standard and the owner is very helpful in ensuring a wonderful break. Aldeburgh is a fairly chilled place and chilling doesn’t come easier than sitting on the balcony watching the world go past!
