The host was amazing and very attentive to our needs. He corresponded with us in a very timely manner and answered all our questions big or small with great detail and accuracy.
The flat is well kept and stocked with a great location for touring around Malta. Local bus stop, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance.
Will defiantly recommend this place and would go back again if lucky enough.
2 Bed apartment/2 bath apartment well set-up for 2 couples in St.Pauls Bay. The washer and dryer came in handy. A/C in all rooms. A bit of walk to restaurants along the water, about 15-20 minutes, Small grocery stores close by. Parking in the underground garage was a bit tricky but parking was available out front as well.
We would first of all like to thank Dexter, our host, for his amenable and flexible approach to our stay: his clear instructions, additional helpful hints and always being available should we need him, was ultimately professional. Thank you.
The apartment is everything as listed and more. Two beautifully proportioned bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, lots of added extras (no need to buy washing up liquid, fabric wash/conditioner etc - all were available). Super easy washing machine and dryer with option to dry on the balcony. Two smart TVs (living room and main bedroom), meant we could watch Netflix on the odd hour of down time and a really well stocked kitchen afforded us the ability to cook for ourselves when we wished to.
The apartment is 1 kilometre or so walk from the main St. Paul's 'strip' where all the restaurants, bars and nightlife are. Super-safe and easy to navigate, allowing us to walk off a heavy meal before heading back to a beautifully air conditioned apartment.
We arrived earlier than usual check-in time and left later than check out time. Dexter allowed us to store our luggage safely until ready. Our only minor criticism is that there is not enough shelf/storage space in the en suite - but such a minor thing is neither here nor there.
This apartment is perfect as a base for exploring the island. Ubers are cheap (cheaper than hiring a car), plentiful and the drivers, (from all over the world), always courteous.

Mal mit dem Fazit beginnend: Die Wohnung ist der Hammer. Smart home trifft es genau. Sowohl der Zugang als auch die "Bedienung" der Wohnung ist sehr smart, aber auch ohne Sprachsteuerung oder Zugangskarten zu machen (wenn man nicht so auf smart home steht.Die Fotos geben genau das wieder, was man erwarten kann: eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, sehr großzügige Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Selbst 5 Adapter von UK auf EURO-Schuko waren vorhanden. Zwei riesige Smart TV, ein superschnelles Internet (500 mbit konstant), sehr viele Lampen und Leuchten, mit denen man sich ein sehr gemütliches Licht "bauen" kann. Die Küche samt Ausstattung gehört zu den Besten, die ich bisher in einer Ferienwohnung hatte. Da fehlte es wahrlich an nichts. Auch Bügeleisen, Fön oder sowas: alles am Start. Ausreichend Stauraum in einem beleuchteten (!) Schrank war auch vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war mehr als schnell (keine Fragen wurde nicht innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet. Uns wurden sehr viele, wertvolle Tipps zu Supermärkten, Restaurants oder Ausflügen gegeben. Besser kann man das nicht machen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer eher ruhigen Gegend von St Pauls Bay. Trotzdem kann man fußläufig alles erledigen. Einige Supermärkte und viele hervorragende Restaurant kann man innerhalb von 3-8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Ein Plus ist die Tiefgarage, da Parkplätze auf Malte echt rar sind. Von uns gibt es für Die Wohnung und den Vermieter 11 von 10 Punkten. Gerne wieder
