Nice property. Bueautiful view. Calm neighbourhood.

Stayed with family. Very calm even in high season. The view is absolutely beautiful. Kids enjoyed nice pool just nearby. The beach and all Play San Juan shops/restaurants were within 15min by car. The house is well maitained and clean. Though bathroom and shower equipment is a bit outdated and need refreshment.

Excellent to have a quiet Vacations.

It is like the pictures. Car needed and It has a good parking to avoid the sun just on the door. Beaches about 15' from the house. Two pools available. One is a salty pool. Great barbeque. Kitchen is complete. Marcel was very nice and funny. I recomend It.

A casa não tem boa localização em relação a praia, no entanto a praia de s. Juan é ótima. Necessita carro para tudo . A casa tem falhas de equipamento tais como talheres, varinha mágica, cruzetas...coisas básicas que poderão ser melhoradas.
