We are a family of 4 and enjoy our house year round. We only rent it out for a few weeks in the summer when we are on holiday. It is not a typical rental property house.

The home is set back away from any other houses, however, you are still very close to Southampton, Bridgehampton, Water Mill and Sag Harbor as well as the beach.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful property filled a butterfly flower garden, hydrangea's and gorgeous clean lined french country furnishings.
