Stay with the hole family in a historian villa

Francesco is a very nice amnd helpfull host.We enjoed the stay in his wunderfull house and he fulfilled all of our wishes. He had great recommendationes for restaurants an excusions.Giarre is a good place to a of destination by train and by car.

Amazing property and hosts

This is an amazing property. It is a beautiful palazzo that has been modernised in a stunning way. The photos do not do it justice at all. No detail has been spared - from floors to ceiling art. The furniture is lovely. There is beautiful art on every wall. The quality of the beds, linen and crockery is all superb. The kitchen is brand new. The proportions of the rooms are vast. The hosts were the most helpful we have had - there to help with arrival, offering goodies and assistance and many recommendations, and always accommodating. There is also an outside area with a shared common space and pool shared between 3 apartments. It is very tastefully done and a lovely area in which to relax. This is the most comfortable and well appointed property that we have ever rented. It was also spotlessly clean.

Amazing rental!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Francesco and Francesca have put a lot of effort into this rental, and it shows. Check in was super easy, the place was conveniently located and accessible to different areas in Giarre and Catania. The place was spacious, gorgeous, and very clean. The queen and single beds had memory foam mattresses and were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items for any family meals you want to eat on the patio or at the long dining table. Having the washing machine and dryer was a significant plus for us! Francesco was very kind and informative and readily available to answer any questions. He also had a ton of recommendations for restaurants, cafés, nearby amenities (like groceries), and things to do. He is quite a lovely host and it was a pleasure to stay at this rental. The two full bathrooms are in their own area of the apartment so there are no ensuites, if that's what people are looking for. The apartment is so cool and so spacious! The pool and lounge area are beautiful. There is private parking in the courtyard. Although the apartment is only accessible by stairs, this was not a problem for us. This place was absolutely amazing and would definitely stay again. Thank you again to Francesco and Francesca, we really enjoyed our stay!

Un week-end parfait! La maison est sublime, ne manque de rien, décorée avec goût. Sans parler de tous les équipements: piscine, salle de sport. C’était génial! Francesco et Roberto sont super sympas et arrangeants, je conseille vivement cette maison!
