We had a fantastic time. The home was well equipped for going to the beach or lounging around the pool. My teenage boys enjoyed fishing off the dock. We will definitely stay here again!

Honey “home away from home” moon!

My husband and I wanted to find a place to get away and turn off, and found this property. It was absolutely perfect! The neighborhood was so quiet and nestled away in Apollo beach, but easily accessible to groceries and night life in Tampa. The pool, perfect to unwind and get that good quality Florida sunshine. The house itself was so clean and comfortable, we really were able to make it our home away from home for the week. It had everything in the kitchen which was a lifesaver, and the fun activities it offered were top tier (paddle boards/kayaks, pool table, giant outdoor games). If we planned a trip to Florida, 10/10 we’d be booking this property again!!

Apollo Beach Stay

Could not have asked for a better experience. House was in good condition and the owner provided kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs among many other items to complete the experience. The owner also very prompt to answer any questions that we had during our stay. I would recommend to anyone and if we are ever in the area again would stay here.

Warm and relaxing

We were happy to get out of Atlanta, where it was rainy and cold. The month flew by. Apollo beach is a nice residential community. We enjoyed the ho tub, pool and fishing off the dock, kayaking, paddle boards and golf. Mike and Eva were very accommodating.

we had a wonderful time at the Palm Tree! the house was so well appointed! It has everything you need for your home away from home. the pictures were exactly as depicted. the pool was warm and our kids spent tons of time in it. our son fished for hours off the dock, we saw dolphins daily hunting in the canal. The community was nice and quiet and we had some great sleeps. We chose this house for our family vacation so that we didn't need to go anywhere if we didn't want to, and it did not disappoint! The Palm Tree is the perfect place to take a relaxing vacation. Thank you for hosting us!

Great Place to Chill

Had a team in town for a conference. Great Property, Great view of Canal, beautiful new dock to fish, Pool an Hot Tub clean, ideal temp, etc! Furniture inside and outside very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with all the things you expect at home. Mike was a great host and was able to share about the local real estate market as well! We will be back!

Excellent Waterfront Vacation House

My family came to town for a youth sporting event. I am so happy that we found this perfect house to stay in while in town. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and spa were heated and the water was clear and clean - we all enjoyed both everyday! Coffee on the dock in the morning was so nice. We also spent time kayaking. There are two grocery stores near by and many restaurants to choose from . The home owner was friendly and helped us with anything we needed. It was an excellent getaway!

If you love the water

We lived our time here. The property is clean and Michael is the best host we have had. The only thing to note, the fourth bedroom is not accessible from the house. You have to go out onto the pool deck to get to it. This made it so we couldn’t use it with our young children.

Exactly what we were looking for!

Better weather is the only way our stay could have improved. This house is setup great. We had 4 adults and 4 children. The pool area is very well thought out. The safety fence allowed us to relax with the little ones. We grilled out 2 of the 3 nights. Michael and Eva are a delight to work with. We had the pleasure of meeting Michael. We caught plenty of fish from the dock and kept the 24' boat tied up without issue. The neighbors ate very friendly. We stay at a VRBO house 4 to 6 times a year. This was hands down, this best experience yet! Thank you Micheal and Eva. We will be back to this house, or the larger one they also own next door.

Vacation home

Very nice place with lots to do. Owner did come by during stay to get his boat, and had a mechanic come and work on the boat on the dock for a few hours. We are private people, which was different when renting a private place.

Perfect Florida getaway, located on a saltwater canal. Manatees and Dolphins can be spotted right off the boat dock. This house has the relaxing feel one is looking for when on vacation. Almost everything is new. This is a great place to soak up the Florida sun and unwind from the daily stress. This home has 10-foot ceilings in the main area it provides a spacious feel. You won't feel "cramped" while on vacation. It has a large patio with loungers. The sun shines on the pool until 4:30 pm in the winter months. It is a perfect getaway.
