About this property

The Manoir is a majestic, 19th Century, 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, Manor House set among extensive gardens, olive groves and orchards in the unspoiled Eastern Algarve.
Outside you will find a full-size pool (which can be heated out of season), lawned gardens and hidden corners where you can snooze with a book. Inside you will find high beamed ceilings, masses of space, lovingly collected art and fine pieces of furniture. The large dining room will be set for your arrival (you can hire a private chef) with a great welcome pack of local produce. Three Bedrooms (2 Bathrooms) are on the ground floor with Three more (3 Bathrooms) upstairs under the eaves. Egyptian cotton bedding and pretty occasional furniture add to the charm. You can enjoy yoga and tai chi in the yoga shala with stunning views across the olive groves towards the sea The Manoir is a much loved family home which will wrap you into it’s embrace. You will feel very peaceful here whilst only being a short drive to many sandy beaches…

Our newly built Yoga Shala is perfect for guests wanting to enjoy yoga or tai chi whilst staying with us. A local chef is also very happy to cook for our guests during their stay with us.

Great stay even with rainy days

We had a lovely time at the Manoir. The house was just like in the pictures and everyone involved were so kind and helpful! The house was equipped and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The welcome spread of local food and drinks was such a generous touch! The weather wasn’t so great during our stay, but the house was big enough for us all to stay indoors, sit by the fire and just relax without feeling like we were on top of each other. We hired their recommended chef, Momme, for two evenings. His food was divine and he was so kind. We’d love to come back and visit again soon!
