Appartamento di 200 mq a vostra disposizione, può ospitare comodamente fino a 10 persone, ingresso indipendente dal patio arredato con tavolo e panche, ampia zona giorno con angolo cottura attrezzato, 3 camere da letto grandi e luminose, 2 bagni, arredato in stile country con mobili di pregio ed attenzione per i dettagli. Wi fi in tutta la casa. Ventilatori nelle camere. Parcheggio interno alla proprietà. Giardino arredato di tavoli, sdraie a disposizione. Piscina e giardino da dividere con i proprietari che abitano nel rustico adiacente.
Abbiamo due cani in zona recintata, per questo non possiamo ospitare altri animali.
All'arrivo chiediamo il versamento in contanti:
- Tassa turistica di Euro 0,50 a persona a notte dai 14 anni compiuti.
- Pulizia finale Euro 90,00
- Cauzione Euro 200,00 che verrà rimborsata alla partenza dopo controllo dell'appartamento.
