Charming slope-side Mediterranean-style holiday house, in an extraordinary, silent setting surrounded by verdant, blooming olive, laurel and cypress trees. The house is located on a hillside overlooking the promontory of Punta San Vigilio and the bay Baia delle Sirene on Lake Garda, in one of the most fascinating areas of the lake (http://www.punta-sanvigilio.it ; http://www.parcobaiadellesirene.it ; http://www.spiaggiabaiadellesirene.com), within the regional protected park of San Vigilio – Monte Luppia. 0,6 km from the shore and the beach, it offers enchanting, unforgettable views over the lake and its beautiful scenery. Enclosed property (2.500 m2) with country style garden. The house is partly built around a lemon tree conservatory, laid down on the hillside on more levels. You can access it by the ground floor, through the use of the staircase, however the upper floor can be reached by car too. The house has a balcony and 3 large, well-equipped terraces. Private parking within the enclosed property.
DESCRIPTION: Ground floor: kitchen (gas stove / el. oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee mashine, microwave) with access to a large terrace equipped for meals outside, dining room, living room, toilet; 1st floor: another living room with access to a large, equipped terrace, 1 single (bed + sleeping sofa) and 2 double rooms, washing and ironing room (washing mashine, iron); a few steps forward up you have 3 double rooms, one of them with access to another spacious terrace. All bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (5 with shower and 1 with bath/shower).
Modern and simple style furniture. Internet (WIFI) connection, SAT-TV, barbeque. Air conditioning in the living. Ceiling and standing ventilators in the bedrooms. Pets not allowed.

The holiday house La Limonaia belongs to our family since long time. My grandfather, architect, built this mediterranean-style holiday house for my mother in a very large park where he lived. The property had also a lemon trees conservatory (Limonaia in Italian), which was quite typical for lake Garda, and my grandfather built our house around it. Therefore its name. My parents and the all of us appreciate its position in the green, its large terraces and the charming, beautiful views over lake Garda, and we rent it now that we cannot stay there any longer.
