With a view of the lake, the stunning villa Casa Arias in Tremosine sul Garda is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.

Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a balcony and an outdoor shower.

The property is located 500 m from the centre of Pieve where you will find a supermarket and restaurants. Furthermore, Campione del Garda (20 minutes away) offers kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing. A mountain biking trail starts directly in front of the villa and you can play golf in Bogliacco (35 minutes away).

2 parking spaces are available in a garage.

Small children must be supervised at all times in the pool area since there is no fence and the terrain is very steep.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful home, beautiful location. Driveway up to property is difficult to navigate and hard to understand, so the check in process should be more descriptive, but truly a wonderful stay for my friends and I. I couldn’t recommend the property more.

We stayed here as a group of 10 and it was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable, and to gather in to spend time together. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable, linens were fresh and plentiful. It felt like we were in a luxury hotel! The views and outdoor space were unbeatable. The pool and outdoor lounge chairs, overlooking the lake, provided such a relaxing atmosphere to relax and recharge. Not to mention the beautiful outdoor dining table that was great for group dinners! The location was walkable to town with a good handful of shops and restaurants giving great accessible activity options throughout our stay. Note, the roads to reach the house and town were a bit of a challenge. Since the town is located at elevation, there were a lot of tight switchback roads that required attention to maneuver through. The garage was large enough to fit two cars and the driveway big enough for more if needed. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had regarding the property. Everyone in our group had an amazing time and was blown away by the property. It provided far more than we could’ve hoped for. We would recommend to any group looking to have a peaceful stay that feels very private but is accessible to all that Lake Garda has to offer!

Amazing location with unbelievable view!

Pros: The view and the fact that there is a little village with a restaurant and a supermarket nearby. The house is brand new and exactly as on the pictures. Cons: Since it is a fairly new house the equipment (consumables and durables) is not really in line with the price. The AC works only for the whole house or not at all (at least that is what we figured out with the on-site contact person), which is difficult if a part of the family wants to sleep with our without AC. The AC in general could work better (we still had 24 degree in the rooom).

Pros: Der Blick, das Haus, die Architektur, der Pool, die Ausstattung und die gesamte Anlage sind wirklich fantastisch! Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Cons: Sehr italienisch schmale, steile Hausauffahrt aber kein Problem für gute Autofahrer auch mit großen SUV.
