Pool Semi-penthouse completely refurbished in 2022 with impressive panoramic sea views, with views from Moraira to Benidorm, including the Peñon de Ifach which gives the impression of being able to embrace. It enjoys a large covered and enclosed balcony with sliding glass windows overlooking the beach of La Fossa and another open terrace prepared with folding awnings, facing the Rock, and the face of the Arenal-Bol de Calpe, thus encompassing the entire bay; where the boats anchor creating a magnificent picture for your holiday memories in Calpe.


Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom open onto the covered balcony, both with sea views. The master bedroom, apart from being larger, has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The rest of the flat is completed with a bathroom with shower, a fully fitted kitchen with views to the Peñon de Ifach and a living/dining room that overlooks the sea as well, making the flat a bright and warm place to stay.


It is equipped with ducted hot/cold air conditioning throughout the house, burglar alarm, and three televisions (one in the living room 55", one 55" in the master bedroom and one 40" in the guest bedroom). High quality mattresses of the brand "Sealy" model Hybrid of July 2022 for a restful rest.

The communal area consists of several swimming pools, lawn areas and pergolas with sunbeds for the neighbours.

Great apartment - highly recommended
Apartment is great, the location is brilliant and the views are fantastic. Very clean, modern apartment, very close to the beach, restaurants and a small supermarket (other bigger supermarkets less than 10 minutes walk). The team were very communicative, professional as well as friendly. I would stay here again.
