The Space:
This property has 3 levels. On the ground floor, is the kitchen and dining room which leads out to the pool and deck area and a guest bathroom.
On the first level, are the bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a shared bathroom with the 3rd bedroom, which is huge, with 4, 90x200 single beds! Excellent for children to have a whale of a time!
The villa offers the use of a tesla charger!
The ideal place for a holiday with family members or friends.

There is safe parking on the premises.
The bus depot is also close by the train station where you can hop onto a bus and explore the historic city of Sintra - a must!

* Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply:
-For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €25.00
-For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €50.00.
-We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax.
* Parties and loud music are strictly not allowed at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of the agreement we have with our owners.
