We welcome you to this large, Victorian style, 5 bedroom House in the heart of Southsea. Just a short walk to the bustling shops, restaurants and Bars of Southsea and only a 15 minute walk to the seafront.

A character filled, large Victorian house, coupled with high ceilings and large bay windows in the living room and front bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee in the outside courtyard or in front of your high windows looking into the outside world.

Comfortable Living room with large sofa, cozy fireplace and Smart TV.
Double Bedroom with fireplace, high ceiling, hanging space for clothes.
Downstairs toilet.
A kitchen/dining area with plenty of character. You will also find a large fridge, freezer, washing machine lots of cooking utensils and appliances.
Outdoor courtyard with dining facilities and toilet.

FIRST FLOOR
Three spacious double-bedrooms with fire places. One single-room with wardrobe. Shower facilities upstairs

Mon-Sun: 10:00-19:00pm

IMPORTANT
If you have an emergency outside of these office hours please leave a message on the answerphone with your name, property you are staying and details of the issue. Answerphone messages are checked and we will respond to emergency situations. If it's a non-emergency issue or question, please send a message via Airbnb.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

Dogs are allowed at the property for short-stay only.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.

PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £800 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY and THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £200.
