The holiday property offers you a breathtaking natural landscape and numerous open and covered terraces. The 10x 5 m2 swimming pool offers fresh cooling on hot summer days. There are also comfortable sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower with toilet. Next to the pool there is a large barbecue with a cosy dining area for family gatherings.

This typical Mallorcan stone house is spread over two floors.

On the second floor there is a cozy living-dining room with fireplace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a garage where you will also find a laundry room. From the living room there is access to a covered terrace, furnished with a sofa and armchairs and a large table and chairs.

Upstairs there are four quiet bedrooms, the master bedroom en suite, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

La villa de vacaciones está situada en una zona tranquila, a sólo 2 minutos en coche del pueblo de Pollensa. Las conocidas playas de Cala San Vicente a 5 km. El principal atractivo de Cala Sant Vicente es disfrutar de la tranquilidad y visitar las diferentes playas como Cala Barques, Cala Clara y Cala Molin. Las aguas cristalinas y las formaciones rocosas hacen de Cala Sant Vicente un lugar ideal para la práctica del submarinismo.

En el casco antiguo de Pollença encontrará numerosas tiendas y una gran variedad de restaurantes. También hay un gran mercado de frutas y verduras todos los domingos.

Los puntos de referencia del casco antiguo son los 365 escalones y el Calvario, en cuya cima se encuentra la pequeña capilla barroca del siglo XVIII. Cada escalón simboliza un día del año.

En el ambiente histórico de Pollença se celebran numerosos actos culturales y festivales de música.



El Puerto de Pollença está situado al norte de Mallorca y a unos 6 km del casco antiguo. La bahía ofrece kilómetros de playas de arena fina, algunas de las cuales están protegidas del viento por la península de Formentor. A diferencia de otros centros turísticos de Mallorca, la costa no está totalmente urbanizada con castillos hoteleros de varias plantas. Aquí encontrará largas playas de arena bordeadas de pinos y palmeras, una amplia selección de cafés y restaurantes y algunos hoteles excelentes.
