Whyle House is located in Pudleston, a small rural hamlet close to the market towns of Leominster, Tenbury Wells, Ludlow, Bromyard and Hereford.
Situated in the heart of a farming community, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside with footpaths and bridleways ideal for exploring on foot or by bicycle.
The accommodation comprises the original 4 bedroom house and a self contained attached 2 bedroom Annex. There is has plenty of space with 2 fully equipped Kitchens , a large dining room with a table that will seat 12 people and 3 sitting areas for relaxing including TV’s, DVD’s , books, board games and a PS4.
The four bedrooms in the main house are arranged as follows:
Kingsize double room with ensuite shower room.
Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (please note half bath)
Twin single bedroom
Bunk bedroom ( please note that the bunk beds are 6 foot in length)
The two bedrooms in the annex are arranged as:
Kingsize double room with ensuite wet room
Twin single bedroom with ensuite shower room.
There is a half acre of garden in total. The garden to the rear of the property has mature trees and shrubs. If you bring bikes to explore the locality, there is a large shed for their secure storage.
The garden to the front of the property (South facing ) can be accessed from the main house and the Annex and has a lawn area and a patio area with garden furniture for all to enjoy.
Children and Dogs are Welcome at Whyle House however we ask that you contact us to discuss the size of your entire party. Please note that we do not provide any child safety equipment within the property or for the garden.
Guests will have private enjoyment of the property and will check in themselves.
There are many places to visit in the local area suitable for walkers, children and adults.
All of the house and separate self contained annex are available. You'll be able to access the whole property privately including the gardens.
Early check in and later check out may be available if no other bookings are in place on the day of arrival or departure. Please kindly ask and we'll see if it's possible.
