This beautiful property was the ideal place for my daughters hen weekend with family and friends we had a great time going for walks -in the hot tub- we had private chefs and massage ladies - played games -laughed a lot-the weather was fabulous but even if it hadn’t been the house is wonderful and very spacious- I need an excuse to go back we loved it
Amazing weekend, beautiful house and the location was fantastic! The views didn’t end! Perfect spot for the children (3 years - 9 years) and the hot tub was a hit for the adults! Lucy was great and responded to any questions we had so quickly and the check in and out was super easy and quick! Thanks for a fab weekend!
We really enjoyed our stay. The children loved the freedom and space to run.Only thing we commented on between was the lack of any coat hooks downstairs.Apart from that, excellent.
This place is so picturesque! The kids loved having their spacious bedrooms, they even put up a Christmas tree and decorated the kitchen and lounge! We felt so relaxed that we asked to stay another day! We would definitely come back!
Absolutely stunning property with amazing views. The property had everything needed for a stay with a large mixed group. Spotlessly clean, beds in every room so comfortable with pristine bedding. Beautiful area and lots of nice pubs to eat out. Would highly recommend this property
We enjoyed a lovely weekend at this beautiful property. It was perfect for our family ranging from 1 - 70!Great location, well stocked kitchen, spacious and comfortable bedrooms and hot tub.Only issue was the wifi - but we were there just to spend time together.
Interesting restored historic farmhouse. Well equipped and perfect for a family stay. Host was helpful and friendly. Beautifully quiet with superb dark skies at night.
My friends and I had a wonderful stay with Lucy, hot tub was fantastic, beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space. The setting was incredible, idyllic views over rolling hills. Watch out for the bulls I’ll be back with family hopefully, I’d say perfect for any occasion. X
Hot tub was amazing. So warm was so nice to relax in. We were group of 14 and did not have to worry about noise we made as no surrounding neighbours. Views amazing . Lucy was so accommodating every time we asked something of her .
Superb stay in a lovely well equipped house. Had everything you need for a getaway with friends and kids. Lucy was extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with, thank you.
A perfect week away in such a lovely place to stay! Clean, warm, well equipped holiday let that perfectly suited the requirements of our party. The location was good for visiting lots of national trust properties and surrounded by lovely places to walk and explore. The landlady was very welcoming and helpful. We hope to visit again sometime.
What a lovely weekend we had at Lucy’s Farmhouse! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by cows and horses, rolling green hills and a real sense of peace. The property was great for us as a group of 5 friends with our little ones too. It was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. With the beautiful weather we had, we really utilised the outside space, including the hot tub! Thanks for having us
This was a great weekend away! The house was great, plenty of space with a good sized kitchen for us all to have a group meal with the fire going in the corner! Also had a lovely walk round the area which was stunning. Thank you again Lucy!
Great property, with plenty of room and fantastic outdoor space. Lucy made sure we had everything we needed and the house accommodated a wide range of ages. There’s plenty’s to do only short drives away but we had a few mornings relaxing in the house too. Definitely recommend it for a big group such as ours was
Beautiful property set on a secluded farm. Stunning views from the house, with some lovely walks you can start from the property. One of these walks takes you to the closest pub, serving great food and beer. Excellent communication with the owner, and Lucy also took the kids round her farm to see all the animals which was a lovely touch.
Amazing place, highly recommend.
