Bright apartment at a lovely location in the area of L’Eixample, just off the Sagrada Familia and Monumental. Ideal for students. The apartment is completely renovated but it has its old charms.

The apartment is situated near Sagrada Familia, only 5 minutes walk. The apartment is comfortable and ideal for students to live together.

Entering this renovated apartment, you will find two bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms total in the apartment. All of the bedrooms have a double bed and a closet. On the backside of the apartment, you will find another bedroom. If you walk further into the hallway you'll pass the complete kitchen, bathroom and living room with balcony.

There is a TV in the living room and through the wireless (WIFI) internet connection you can stay in touch with your friends and family at home.

Please note that the apartment is located on the second (third actually) floor by stairs.
They are very ergonomic, but there is no elevator.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls (no whatsapp) for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call at +34 608753300 about 30-45 minutes before. No WhatsApp calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 6,05€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.
