Nestled on a quiet residential street in the coolest area of London lies our Victorian garden apartment just seconds away from trendy London Fields.
Comprising 2 spacious bedrooms (as well as a double sofa bed in the lounge), a wellness room, living room, dining room, kitchen, family bathroom and south-west facing garden, this tranquil apartment provides the perfect oasis in the heart of London’s creative district.
The apartment includes a fully-functioning galley kitchen with a breakfast bar and all modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, Italian Moca Pot and milk foamer (essential!), washing machine, gas-burner, oven and everything in-between to enjoy delicious meals if you choose to eat at home.
The living room looks out to the sun-filled garden and our Thai floor cushions are the ideal way to stretch out and unwind.
The Japanese-inspired dining room provides the perfect setting for a beautiful meal with skylights above and connected by double French doors leading into the patio garden. We grow fruit, vegetables and herbs in the garden and if you wander to the back patio, you’ll find a secret swing next to a piece of art by a famous street artist.
Adjacent to the lounge is an internal space that we have converted into a wellness room, ideal for yoga, meditation or as a cool, quiet space to disconnect.
A SONOS sound system throughout the apartment facilitates your chosen soundtrack and a host of musical instruments are yours to play.
The spacious family bathroom has a huge tub to soak in after a long day and the vintage cranked shower mixer adds an aire of period drama!
The master bedroom is very spacious and minimal utilising open storage solutions. The original Victorian bay windows overlook the front patio and garden.
Hackney Central train station is 7 minutes walk and will take you east or west while Hackney Downs, an 8-minute walk, will take you north or south. There are buses at the end of the street that will take you to most places including a direct line to central London in around 20 minutes.
London Fields is best known for its bakeries, breweries, coffee shops, pop-ups, food scene, live music, markets and thriving art community. From the famous Broadway Market to the heated outdoor lido at the end of our road, there is no shortage of activities and adventures waiting for you on your doorstep.
“Walking to the end of the road for a swim in the outdoor lido before catching sunrise with a coffee and warm croissant from the local bakery is the only way to start our day.”
