Incredible coastal style villa situated above the golf course of Costa Adeje.

A place that invites relaxation, disconnection and tranquility.



It has 240 m2 divided into 3 bedrooms (2 en suites) and an additional toilet on the main floor. A living room with dining table and a modern kitchen very well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave... Garage, washing machine and dryer.



Direct access to the terrace (about 150 m2 in total) and swimming pool from the living room, dining room and the bedroom en suite (with bathtub) on the main floor. The terrace has an outdoor lounge, 6 sun loungers, 2 extra large sunshades and a large table for up to 8 people.



Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower in front, and the master bedroom with balcony + terrace and amazing panoramic views to the sea and golf course. Ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower).



Within 2 minutes drive you will find several supermarkets, restaurants, banks and petrol stations. Easy access to the motorway.



Groups of young people are not allowed; minimum age 24 years old.

No stag/hen parties and events allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house but tolerated on the terrace.

Quiet environment, please do not make excessive noise during the day and respect the hours of rest from 21:00 to 10:00.

Pets are not allowed.

Lovely property and great location

The property was very well maintained and clean. It is located near to La Caleta, a fishing town which has lots of options for dinner. It's also central to the island without being too close to the touristy places. The management company was very helpful and responsive. The only downside is that the property did not have a heated pool as advertised, and so it was too cold to swim during April.

Marvellous views

We're just back from a week of holidays at Costa Adeje. The villa itself is very clean, very well equiped, and most of all, the big terrace and infinite pool in front of the golf field and the sea are just amazing ! The pool is well heated and all is just luxury. We're hired a car in order to go shopping and visiting the island ; Nothing to complain about, all was easy and good quality. The only thing, is that it's rented via the real estaste agency, so it's different from renting directly with an owner who can give peaces of advices about visits and so on. Now it's so cold in France, we already miss Ténérife Sur ! The Asten agency is serious, and the communication was easy and fluent by emails or whatsapp at any time or day in the week, even on saturday evening.

Stunning views

The views were stunning from the endless pool or from the villa. The villa is very well equipped, although it would have been nice if it had a bbq. The agents responded very quickly to an issue we had and it was dealt with straight away. Would recommend this place and have already rebooked for next year.
