About this space
A stunning 3 bed home that enjoys uninterrupted, panoramic sea views and its own private wooded area. Tastefully decorated throughout, there is a spacious, open living space benefitting from French doors that lead onto a sun terrace overlooking the mature garden. Perfectly situated by the coast, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle, it is a peaceful retreat. The property can accommodate 8 people making this idyllic house the perfect place to stay for your next family seaside getaway.

The space
Situated in a quiet, residential road in Teignmouth, this property takes full advantage of its position. The views are simply breathtaking and the home itself has plenty of large windows allowing light to pour in. With wooden floors throughout, traditional decor, and tasteful soft furnishings, the house is clean and well presented, whilst still being warm and inviting. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spend time in the large living area, without getting on top of each other. Enjoy a warming tea and a good book on the rocking chair whilst taking in the views, or cosy up on the soft sofas to watch tv together. There is also a welcoming fireplace you can make use of during your stay.

Outdoors is where this home really shines; a sun terrace and decking perfect for evening meals or breakfast dining, a large garden laid to lawn with a private wooded area beyond. Please be aware the wooded area is wild, steep in places and uneven underfoot, so it may not be accessible for all guests.

The accommodation is split over 2 floors with downstairs housing the kitchen, the main living space, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs has the secondary lounge area that can be used as a bedroom, the master bedroom and a shower room. The upstairs lounge area/third bedroom is open plan and therefore you must walk through this to access the shower room, meaning it is not suitable for guests who require full privacy.

Guest access
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check-in, meaning no direct contact with anyone is required. We also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your stay. There is a local account manager and team who will be able to assist with any on-site issues should any occur.

Other things to note
You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor seating area and gardens. We do kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves and leave these facilities in a state that is suitable for the next people staying, as our cleaners will be unable to provide a full garden overhaul at each changeover.

We provide hotel quality linen and towels for each stay, adding a sense of luxury.

Great location and lovely house
The house was easy to find and was in a great location for views over the sea. Everything was clean and there was plenty of bedding for the 8 people we had in our party (2 double beds, a double sofa bed, a single bed and a futon). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the thoughtful messages from the host about the heating/wifi/etc. Wish we could have stayed longer!
