Cozy and comfortable apartment, completely new, with green areas, bright and kind, modern, sleek and stylish decorated.
Ideal for families, travelers and visitors to the Río Hortega Hospital, 2 minutes by walking.
The area has free parking on the street, cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy and two parks: all the calm you need, not a single noise.
Next to a bus stop and highway VA-20. Independent entrance, you will not cross paths with any neighbors. 24-hour independent check-in.

The apartment has a double bed, two single beds, a sofa bed, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenware, Wi-Fi, a work area and two bathrooms, one bathroom in each room!

It is located in a residential area, does not suffer noise and/or visual disturbances from the Hospital. It is a quiet and family-oriented place, surrounded by green areas and sports facilities.

You will receive the instructions after your reservation, a few days before your stay.
Our goal is to make visitors feel at home, and therefore we leave the apartment fully equipped, impeccable and ready for occupancy, with sheets and towels.
Guests will have our personal contacts so that they can reach us at all times.

Free parking spaces in the area. A bus stop around the corner with a direct route to the main tourist attractions. Easy connection to the highways, exit Hospital Nuevo by VA-20. 2 minutes walking to the Río Hortega University Hospital in Valladolid.

We offer special discounts to medium-long stays for relatives of patients of the Río Hortega University Hospital. It is a perfect accommodation for patients, relatives, rehabilitation, etc. The apartment has accessibility accommodations and only has a 15cm step at the entrance.

Property was in very good condition. We had everything we needed and it was a lovely apartment. There was a heatwave in that part of Spain and the fans that were provided weren’t enough to keep us cool, it was so hot of an night it was very difficult to sleep, better fans or a/c would have made this an excellent place

Un accueil 2.0 très surprenant mais très efficace !!! Petit appartement confortable pour 4 personnes et très calme dans un quartier agréable. Un plus, une salle de bain dans chaque chambre.
