Bright and stylish, this beautiful duplex offers fantastic views of the sea and the swimming pool of the exclusive residential complex where it is located. Tastefully decorated with attention to every detail, it has two cosy bedrooms, the master bedroom with direct access to a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or relax at sunset. With a parking space, communal swimming pool and fibre optic Wi-Fi.

This beautiful two-storey property is ideal for families, couples or business trips, accommodating up to 3 guests.
On the upper floor, the entrance area features a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and spectacular views of the sea and the communal swimming pool. On the ground floor are the two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom has direct access to a cosy private terrace, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the island's climate.
With all the amenities, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for remote working, a parking space and communal swimming pool, this accommodation offers comfort and functionality in a quiet and exclusive setting.

Located in Santa Úrsula, an area with excellent road connections and quick access to the motorway, allowing you to travel comfortably around the island. Just a few minutes away are La Orotava and the charming Puerto de la Cruz, with its beaches, restaurants, gardens and the famous Lago Martiánez. To the north, visitors can enjoy charming towns such as Los Realejos, Icod de los Vinos and Garachico. In the surrounding area there are supermarkets, cafés and all the services you need for a comfortable and carefree stay.

The house has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, toaster, juicer, sheets, shower towels, clothes iron, Internet wifi fiber, crib, high chair, terrace, parking space and communal pool, elevator.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

The apartment was nice, it had a lovely view. It was close to shops and the main roads. There was also a bus stop nearby. The neighbourhood was quiet. Would definitely recommend. The sofa was a bit dirty. it has stains and lots of hair on it.

Dúplex muy bonito con una preciosa piscina comunitaria

Tiene vistas al mar y es perfecta para pasar unos días en familia, está en un complejo muy tranquilo donde se respira la calma y muy bien ubicado, que invita a desplazarse por el resto de la isla, que es espectacular, sobre todo el norte! Gracias a Home2Book que nos atendió estupendamente, repetiremos con ellos seguro!
