The Space:

When you step into the apartment, you are welcomed by a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area finished to a high standard. The modern kitchen, located directly to the right upon entering, is fully equipped with a new fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.



The living room offers a cozy and stylish space with TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dining area for four guests. From here, you step out onto a lovely balcony with afternoon and evening sun — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. A spiral staircase from the balcony leads up to the private roof terrace, where you can enjoy sunshine throughout the day, afternoon light, and beautiful views over the surrounding neighborhood.



The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, as well as a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. For your convenience, the apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and many additional comforts to make you feel at home.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

The beautiful sandy beach and seaside promenade are just a short stroll away, known for their beach restaurants, relaxed atmosphere, and excellent swimming conditions. Los Boliches is a safe, walkable neighborhood with everything close at hand, making it an ideal location for both relaxing beach holidays and longer stays.



Getting Around:

The apartment is ideally located in Los Boliches, making it easy to get around without a car. The beach, promenade, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within a short walking distance. Los Boliches train station is just a few minutes away on foot, offering direct connections to Málaga city, Málaga Airport, Fuengirola town centre, and other destinations along the Costa del Sol. Taxis are readily available in the area, and local buses also run frequently nearby. A car is not necessary, but it can be convenient if you plan to explore surrounding towns, beaches, or Andalusian villages.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.
