The Space:

Step into a bright and comfortable apartment designed for a relaxing stay on the Costa del Sol, offering a welcoming living space, modern comforts, and a lovely balcony overlooking the communal pool.



Within easy reach of the apartment, you’ll find a Mercadona supermarket and nearby bus stops, offering convenient connections to Marbella and Fuengirola. Free street parking is available right outside the building.



Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into a cozy and comfortable living area featuring a smart TV, a sofa, and a dining table with seating for four. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, which enjoys the afternoon sun and overlooks the communal pool.



The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catered stay and includes an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all the essential kitchenware.



The apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. For added convenience, a washing machine is located in a separate laundry area.



The property is equipped with air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.

The apartment is located approximately 650 meters from the nearest beach, and it takes about 10–15 minutes to walk to the center of La Cala de Mijas. The nearest supermarket, Mercadona, is around 700 meters away and offers a wide variety of food and drink options.



Málaga Airport can be reached in approximately 25–30 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
