This was a great fit for my group! We were in Munich for Oktoberfest and if you have a bigger group, this is a GREAT option. If you check in late at night, it may seem a little sketch, but as soon as I entered the actual room it was incredible! Just be aware of the area you are in, but this is a perfect option for groups (especially if you are going to Oktoberfest) in my opinion. Super happy with my stay!!

Hello Kiley!
Thank you for your fantastic feedback! We’re thrilled our place was a great fit for your group during Oktoberfest and that the apartment impressed you once inside.
Your note about late-night arrivals and the urban surroundings is helpful—being aware of the area is always a good tip for city stays. We’re glad everything worked out perfectly for your group.
We’d love to welcome you back on your next Munich trip!

Overall, if you are looking for a quick place to sleep, this is your place. The photos are a wee bit deceiving of the living space, as the couch was for 2 people, but the cushions are so worn/didn’t fit back in place/appear stained, we did not use it at all. This place is easy to get to from the main train station, but the road it’s on is very busy, especially at night with several gentleman’s clubs located around the apartment building. We could easily walk to nearly everything from the apartment within 20 minutes, with some minor exceptions. It is not a secured building as there are businesses ran within other floors. Sometimes the door would be locked after business hours, but it was hit or miss.

Second thoughts
Well not sure there is enough words. I would say don’t stay here. Lively means drinks yelling at 4 am each night regardless of day. There is no AC, there is no bedding but comforters and dirty mattresses. The walk approach to the elevator is dirty. If you walk up the stairs there is a massage parlor Also the street is on has several adult theaters Do not stay with family
Arrived late in the evening and in the rain. First impressions of the neighborhood late night were concerning, seemed a bit sketchy. This impression improved in daylight and as we became accustomed to the surroundings. It is a very noisy area, however. Lots of room for sleeping. Only one toilet. Separate shower room. Coffee/espresso in the small kitchen is a hit. Overall location, proximity to Munich sights, was great.

Threatening area
Arrived at 2 pm to a major disturbance on the street with fighting, blood on entrance area and threataning behaviour both in the hallway and entrance. As we had elder people and a grandchild in the group the area and access was very threataning. Worried for our safety we booked into a hotel for 4 nights at a cost of £1500. We have requested compensation for our experience from Homaris and await a response as the manager is off work. In addition the lack of curtains that closed fully, minute and minimal towels and poor quality bedding added to our overall disappointment in the quality of the accommodation.1st experience of VRBO not good
