Our apartments are located in ‘de Bilt’, next to Utrecht and the Science park, with free dedicated parking spots. The apartments have all modern features, including smart locks and air-conditioning. That means you can check yourself in and we can give you at all time support. If you are interested in your future stay, we are happy to welcome you in one of our apartments.

Requirements:

Good stay but issues werent addressed

This place was nice and the hoat was great organsiing our last minute visit and assisitng us to check in as the place was hard to find. However the day we arrived we notified the host that the bathroom lights didnt work and the air con in one room didnt work. The host was very responsive (through whatsapp but not the stayz app) to the messages and kept saying rhe handyman was coming. We stayes 7 nights and the handyman never came. We had to use a lamp from a bedroom as a light in the bathroom. Disappointed as no compensation was offered. We were with elder adults and it was dangerous for them to show in such low light. Other than that it was a good stay. We bought a box of dishwasher tablet's. Warning, there is no kettle, you use a pot on the stove. The microwave/grill is a bit hard to work out. But thats manageable. I contacted the host via the app at checkout to ask what could be done given we paid for a week and didnt have full effective use of the property with the lights out and air con broken (it was very hot). I never got a response.
