Our Feijoo apartment is located close to the river, in a very local area which makes the experience to visit Malaga much better. Feijoo is a quiet street and the apartment is faced to the other side. As soon as you cross the river (just 50m away) you will have the Picasso Museum: 1km His birth place: 1km Malagas port (and Muelle Uno, area with bars, restaurants, shops) at more or less 1,5km. Just 600m away you will have one of the most famous markets in the city: Mercado de Atarazanas. Here you are able to eat and buy local products. If you want to enjoy a day at the beach and its beach restaurants, we recommend to take the Paseo de Parque with different plants and trees and in more or less 25min you will be at the Malagueta Beach. If you have time and want to visit other places like Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, etc, the Malaga Centro Alameda train station is only 400m from the apartment. This is the same train that also brings and takes you to the airport. Shopping day? Go to Calle Larios and surroundings: 800m away. A beautiful night view of Malaga Cathedral is from the roof top bar Chinitas, small side street of the Plaza de la Constitución (700m)
Feijoo apartment offers 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 guests. The bathroom provides a shower and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, wash machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker etc. Air condition and the WiFi is free of charge. It is very quiet and the views are into a 'patio'. It has a Smart TV so if you have your own access to Netflix, Amazon etc, you can watch it.
Pets are accepted. € 30 per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet KitRules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noice.

Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.

Dark interior

The property is well located, and although the neighbourhood is a bit scruffy, there is not a lot of street noise. The apartment was a bit noisy though, because of the metal entrance doors which bang shut, also the bedroom is located above the entrance to the underground garage, so the sound of motorbikes coming and going can be disturbing. My biggest issue though is with how dark it is inside, with the windows being recessed and only a little daylight coming from a central roof light above the common patio. If you draw back the curtains fully then of course there is no privacy.

Good location and facilities

The accommodation is located near the city centre of Málaga in an area, where you can avoid tourist traps (restaurants etc.). The apartment is equipped well, the check-in process was easy to handle. However, the communication with the local agency was a bit unflexible, since they wanted to charge extra costs for a second blankets (which is obviously necessary when you travel with colleagues).
