The bed is very comfortable with a top-of-the-line mattress. For maximum comfort, there's also an automatic awning (windproof) so you can enjoy the sea-view terrace even when it's very sunny, and air conditioning for the hottest days. The parking space is reserved and exclusive in the residential complex. It's ideal for a vacation or for longer periods of remote working. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. It's on the second floor of an elegant residential complex, without an elevator. Convenient to all amenities, the beach is 20 meters away, and the public swimming pool is 30 meters away.
