Great appartment

We (5 persons and one small dog) loved the holiday in the appartment. Way to beach very short (beware: the way to a beach for dogs is longer!), nice contact to hirer.

Maison calme et confortable dans un écrin de verdure

La maison est proche de la mer et du centre ville. Elle est entourée d'un très grand jardin arboré vraiment magnifique. Il est clôturé, ce qui était idéal pour notre chien. L'endroit est très calme, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, merci beaucoup Gemma et Frederico!

Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Nur die Küche ist etwas spärlich eingerichtet... Ansonsten alles okay!

Charmante Ferienwohnung an der ligurischen Küste

Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil einer Villa mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen, davon werden die beiden im Obergeschoß von Gemma und Federico vermietet. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Villa liegt inmitten eines großen Gartens mit gewachsenem Baumbestand etwas außerhalb von Marina di Andora. Den Ort erreicht man in 10 min zu Fuß, zum nächstgelegenen Strand braucht man nur 5 min zu Fuß. Am Strand hat man die Wahl zwischen dem zahlungspflichtigen Bagno und einem kleineren Bereich freien Strands, der aber sauber und nicht zu voll war. Die Villa fanden wir schön eingerichtet und deutlich besser ausgestattet als wir das von anderen Ferienwohnungen kennen. Gemma und Federico haben sogar Salz, Kaffee, Waschmittel, Geschirrspülmittel und einige andere Dinge bereitgestellt. Sie waren wunderbare Gastgeber, die schnell auf Fragen reagiert haben, sehr um das Wohlergehen Ihrer Gäste bemüht waren und gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge auf Lager hatten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Met gezin (ouders + 3 tieners) 3 overnachtingen gehad. Mooi en gezellig huis op korte afstand van het strand, kamers en inrichting zoals beschreven. Eigenaren zijn bijzonder vriendelijk, heel gastvrije ontvangst. We voelden ons echt welkom.

Un écrin de verdure tout à proximité de la mer

Nous avons passé 1 petite semaine dans l’appartement paisible de Gemma et Federico, 2 hôtes attentionnés et disponibles : un séjour ressourçant au milieu d’une vaste pinède qui embaume. Avec une terrasse donnant sur la mer, qui est à 5 minutes à pieds. Un vrai bonheur !!!

Alles Prima

Wir sind als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern im Teenageralter angereist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Federico und Gemma waren immer offen und aufgeschlossen und haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Highlights der Region gegeben. Die Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Ein Ofen fehlt. Es gibt auch keinen Grill. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen super. Die fünfte Person war auf einem Klappbett im Wohnzimmer untergebracht. Das war nicht so ideal. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist fußläufig in drei Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt dort ein sehr teuren Strand, bei dem man im August für 50€ am Tag (!) zwei Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm mieten kann. Aber nur 100 m weiter ist ein freier Strand, den man nicht bezahlen muss. Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

È stato un piacere conoscere la Ursula e i suoi ragazzi. Hanno lasciato l’appartamento in ordine. Il forno c’è ed è a microonde, la griglia non c’è per motivi di sicurezza. Se avessero voluto, il ragazzo avrebbe potuto dormire nel divano letto che è molto comodo. La cucina è semplice ma c’è tutto, dal bollitore alla macchina per il caffè espresso.

Week end in pineta

Immersi nel verde, avvolti in un'armoniosa atmosfera di natura, ma poco distanti dalla città. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili rendono il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole, facendoti sentire accolto nella loro splendida proprietà . Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

"L''appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione.Il giardino è collinare con vegetazione a macchia mediterranea(pineta).Molto tranquilla ed areata si sviluppa su due livelli con ingressi indipendenti. Al livello superiore vi sono due appartamenti di cui abbiamo occupato il più piccolo apprezzandone la praticità e lo stile familiare con il quale è stato arredato. Unico neo n° 2 fuochi per cucinare, ma per il resto merita un punteggio pieno.Non proprio dietro l''angolo il centro del paese (ca un quarto d''ora a piedi), ma trovandosi la casa in una zona esclusiva è comprensibile."

Le calme proche de tout

Location dans une jolie maison au cœur d'un grand jardin en restanques très arboré ! Très belle vue, belle terrasse, intérieur douillet et plus spacieux qu'il n'y paraît. Situation idéale : plage à 3 minutes à pieds, commerces proches, de nombreux restaurants. Les hôtes sont adorables ! Un très bon séjour en famille 😄

Very nice apartment embedded in pine tree park

The apartment was well located to reach the beach, furnished with style and the kitchen included all tools needed to prepare star level dinner. Everything was super clean and Federico and Gemma had been extra professional hosts during our stay.

1 Woche zu fünft im Appartement mit schönem grossen Garten

Das Appartement liegt sehr schön im Grünen in einer Villengegend am Rande von Marina di Andora. Wenn nicht irgendein Gärtner mit dem Laubbläser oder Grasschneider hantiert, hat man herrliche Ruhe und einen tollen Blick durch Pinien aufs mehr. In den Ort geht man 10 -15 min, es gibt einen (teuren ) Strand nahe bei und bezahlbare im Zentrum. Frederico und Gemma pflegen ihr Haus gut und sind sehr bemüht. Man merkt, das es ihr privates Eigentum ist und kein anonymes Appartement von TUI.

Wir haben uns gut erholt

Die Ferienwohnung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Wir haben vor Allem sehr von der herrlichen Aussicht von der Terrasse aus profitiert. Ende Saison war es an den Stränden von Andora ziemlich ruhig, aber zum baden war es immer noch warm genug. Vielen Dank für Alles!
