Recent remodel! And your own covered boat dock with sectional sofa & fire table!

Welcome to Hickory, Dickory, Dock!! You’ll spend lots of time on the large and covered private floating dock. It has an amazing view of the channel and you’ll probably see bald eagles & blue herons up close while you’re there (2 eagles nests are in the cove) while relaxing on the new sectional outdoor sofas and Adirondack chairs. There is also an oscillating fan and a propane fire table on the dock - with built-in speakers and amplifier so you can stream your music from your phone. It’s a great spot to fish and watch boats of all kinds go by! Check out our reviews! This beautiful home was completely rehabbed with a - completely new kitchen, all furniture, mattresses, sheets, & pillows are recent - the place is very CLEAN!l. There are 2 large decks with a big beautiful view of the main channel -with a Traeger smoker, new propane, grill, chaise lounges, tables, chairs, and even a hammock!

This is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home that very comfortably sleeps 10 (if you have more in your group, let's discuss - we want to be sure you will be comfortable). There are new smart TVs throughout the house but you'll probably spend a lot of time outside on the decks overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks or relaxing and fishing on a the private floating dock. The dock surface is concrete - so no splinters! There is guest slip (10’x26’) included with your stay, so bring your boat/Seadoo - or rent one locally (we can help arrange rentals if you'd like).

Use of OUR 3 KAYAKS (with paddles & some life jackets) and giant AQUA LILY PAD are INCLUDED with your stay.

This is a single family home with a private concrete driveway that connects to blacktop roads all the way to the highway.

PETS: Dogs weighing not more than 50 lbs are allowed provided they are housebroken and stay in crates overnight and while you're away. You are welcome to use the 2 crates at the house - so you don't need to bring yours).

This is a non-smoking property, and fireworks of any kind are not allowed.

It is an upscale lake home, and is intended for FAMILIES and COUPLES (with or without kids). It is NOT intended for large groups of single people (bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, etc.) looking for a fun and rowdy time. It’s just isn't a "party" or "event" house; there are plenty of other places that will gladly accommodate those situations. This house is is in a residential neighborhood so it’s perfect for families or even a few small families. We work hard to keep our lake home in pristine condition. Several of our neighbors live full time at the Lake and there are some children in the neighborhood, so our guests need to fit in to that "vibe". If you have any questions about whether your group is a good fit, just ask and be honest. We are very reasonable and like to have fun, too - but we are protective of our investment and neighborhood.

For your convenience, there is full-size washer & dryer at the house. Strong wi-fi (suitable for working from home while others are streaming is included, and there is a pack-n-play if you need one.
