Homes feature a private dock with swim platform and room to park a boat. A large outdoor living space with fridge, oversized grill and gas fireplace is the perfect place to watch everything the lake has to offer.
Play Horseshoes by the water , use the swing to beat your farthest jump record off the dock or just simply chill on the Chill Raft or at the Tiki Bar.

Our experience was wonderful! The only complaint I have was the concrete steps to the dock were uneven and had no railing. I have neuropathy and a bad knee so my husband had to help me down and up every time we went to the dock.

Fantastic Family-Friendly Lake House Getaway

Can’t say enough good things about this property and owner! Stayed for a week over the 4th of July with immediate and extended family and had a BLAST! House had everything we needed, great location, super comfortable, highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful week at Lake of the Ozarks and the house worked out great. Stephanie was super accommodating and made the entire process very easy. The house is in a big cove protected from the main channel and we were able to tube and ski right in front of the dock. The cove gets a little busy around the weekend but is very quiet during the week. Most of our time was spent hanging out at the dock just floating in the water. The house is very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The three grandkids loved the bunk room! There is ample parking and a very nice grill. We can’t thank Stephanie enough for making our trip very enjoyable.

Quick stay in the Ozarks!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and had great views of the lake. We wanted to check out the Ozarks and with the wonderful weather and the lake access that was great! Easy to get by boat to local restaurants and coves. Had fun swimming at the dock on the lily pad with tubes etc! We were a small group but large enough to accomodate a much larger groups easily!

Great family vacation spot.

This location is close to many places by both car and boat. Home works well for families our daughter & son-in-law stayed downstairs with the grandkids and my wife and I in the upstairs. The dock allows for swimming with all the toys (paddle board, kayak, & swim mat) fishing, or just relaxing. Outdoor patio with refrigerator and bar area along with a screened-in upper deck and open deck. Enjoyable stay!

Girls Weekend Getaway

My group of 11 women (20’s-30’s) had a phenomenal weekend here! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. Stephanie was so kind and very responsive to any questions we had. Such a beautiful property and perfect for a fun, relaxing weekend at the lake!

Great experience!

We had never been to The Lake of the Ozarks area before but really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location, with plenty of space for a large family gathering. Fantastic views of the lake along with a private dock and large ground level patio area. The home was well equipped to handle our group and the life jackets that were provided in all sizes was an especially nice feature. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Great time

The home had everything needed for a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of cooking utensils. The downstairs worked out really well for the littles. Private dock was great! We made use of the paddleboard, kayak, and floating mat. The mat was a real hit with our 5 year old grandson. Real nice place, off the beaten path.

In 2015 my mother and I decided to go into business together and purchase my neighbors house.
My husband and I have been coming to the lake for years. We purchased our first home here as a short sale and DIY project. We've had a lot of luck sharing it with others by renting it as a vacation rental. It was so much fun that my mom and I wanted to do it again, right next door!
Because we have two homes next door to each other, we can offer twice the amount of space for larger groups.

There are many homes available to rent, but few of them are pet friendly, offer a cove location, private dock and boat parking in one. This home had everything you could need to make your lake trip one you'll want to come back to year after year.
