The flat was exactly as described, beautiful location and clean fresh rooms. I loved the decor and appliances easy to use. We were with our 4 grandchildren and they appreciated the smart TV and the PS5. The 3 flights of stairs were a work out for us grandparents but the host had their team assist us with our luggage. Loved the location!
Great location and very nice flat in quiet neighborhood. No lift so getting luggage up the stairs could be challenging. Had arranged late checkout but the cleaners arrived at original checkout and then the next guests arrived with their luggage as well. Maybe some miscommunication on timing. Overall a great place to stay.

My family of 5 adults stayed at this property for 4 nights/5 days over the holidays. The location was amazing! The flat is situated in a very upscale neighborhood within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and several tube lines. The flat is nicely furnished and seems to have been recently remodeled. The living area has a large dining table, two large sofas and a huge TV, which was very comfortable for a family of five. The heating and hot water were also good. On the negative side, there were a few issues. The beds were absolutely terrible. The mattresses were extremely thin and uncomfortable, to the point that we could feel the underlying bed slats, like cot mattresses. A good night's sleep was nearly impossible. It absolutely ruined the stay for my husband. Another problem was the floors, which looked brand new but seemed to be installed incorrectly. They were sagging between the floor joists and made terrible squeaking sounds. It was so loud, we kept waking up in the night every time anyone tried to use one of the two bathrooms, which were in the hall. The last issue was the kitchen. The appliances functioned poorly. The water filter leaked nonstop and the toaster set the fire alarms off if turned on. We didn't try to cook any meals, so I'm not sure about the stove. Overall, I would recommend the flat for the location and living room but don't expect any sort of comfort in the bedrooms.

Following your stay, we took your comments very seriously and made the decision to temporarily close the apartment for two months to carry out a full renovation. The property has now been completely refreshed, with brand new flooring, new beds and high quality mattresses, along with upgraded bedding and Tempur pillows from Dreams.
All of the points you raised have been carefully addressed, and the apartment has been significantly improved throughout. We also added a few extra touches to enhance the guest experience even further.
The flat is now in excellent condition and feels completely new. We have also updated the listing with new photos to reflect these changes.
