Nestled between sea and mountains, this 150 m² villa located on the heights of Favone offers you a 180 ° panoramic view over the bay of Favone and the rocky needles of Bavella.

Accessible by a private path, in the heart of a green setting and without vis-à-vis, this villa offers you a peaceful and authentic environment with its cork oaks and its arbutus trees.

This modern, air-conditioned villa is composed of:
* 1 parental suite with bathroom (bath) and private toilet, a 160x190 bed + 1 120x190 sofa bed. This room of about 25m² also has a large dressing room + cot.
* 1 bedroom with bathroom (shower) and private toilet, two 90x190 beds (or 3) (possibility of coupling).
* A 30 m² dining room with large bay windows overlooking the sea, composed of a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, traditional oven, microwave, ceramic hob).
* A 35 m² closed living room with a 160x190 sofa bed, sea view, large plasma TV, DVD player.
* Free WIFI, hi-fi system, table and iron.
* Private infinity pool with outdoor shower, deckchairs, barbecue.
* A parking area for your car in the yard.
* Land of 3970 m².

Possibility to rent bed sheets as well as indoor towel kits (not provided for the beach).

Favone is a real resting place to share with family or friends. You will be able to conquer the mountains by following marked paths, go up rivers with crystal clear water and discover the flora and fauna of the Isle of Beauty.

I could get used to that place :)

It's a really nice place with a stunning view. The house is modern and spacious, there are numerous nice beaches nearby (Favone, Canella, Tarco) and the trees surrounding the house are providing a good amount of privacy and the atmosphere of the nearby macchia helps to relax and enjoy the pool. I can really recommend it.

Dream House

Everything really worked out at this villa! The reception was a wow experience. The madam who handed the house was always punctual, funny, and simply personable. There's a food center with fresh ice. The Houseowner left a bottle of champagne in the fridge to start the holiday. Thank you so much! The rest is simply heavenly. Beautiful garden, dream pool at 29C. Magnifique séjour

Très très belle villa de plein pied entièrement clôturée avec une magnifique piscine a débordement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et possèdent leurs salles de bains. L hôte d accueil est adorable et serviable et n est pas avare en explications (utiles pour le fonctionnement des climatiseurs). La plage est à 5min en voiture. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Magnifique villa à Favone

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la villa Mont'Alto à Favone. Elle est très bien équipée et la piscine à débordement est splendide. Il faut absolument voir le lever du soleil de la villa et se baigner la nuit sous les étoiles (ou la piscine est allume en plusieurs couleurs). Merci beaucoup à Madame Malet pour son accueil chaleureux.

Fantastische Ausblicke und ein Top-Haus

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit insgesamt 6 gut nutzbaren Schlafgelegenheiten (2 davon als sehr komfortable Ausziehcouch). Das Haus ist wirklich komplett eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist tipptopp sauber und gepflegt. Und die Lage ist perfekt: toller Ausblick von den Räumen und vom Infinity-Pool aus auf die Bucht von Favone und weit aufs Meer. Völlige Privatsphäre, direkt am Pool beginnt undurchdringliche Macchia (in der Dämmerung hört man regelmäßig die Wildschweine - kommen aber dank stromführendem Weidezaun zuverlässig nicht aufs Grundstück). Es war ausgesprochen still, bei unserem Aufenthalt war aber auch Nachsaison. Jedenfalls sind die nächsten Häuser weit weg. Sehr freundliche und rücksichtsvolle Ansprechpartner vor Ort (zwei Häuser weiter, Englisch klappt gut). Ein Tipp für den unverzichtbaren Mietwagen: der Zufahrtsweg ist einer der ganz, ganz wenigen Straßen, auf denen ein tiefergelegter Elfer NICHT die erste Wahl ist :-)
