-Arrival outside of opening hours:
- Our arrival time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (ask us if you wish to arrive earlier). Outside of these hours, we will charge 30 € in cash, after 10:00 PM it will be 50 € and after 1:00 AM it will be 100 €
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, the weekend, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am it will be 100 euros.
- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the rates will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm 100 euros and after 1 am 150 euros
- The tourist tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply (£5.50/person/night, from 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
- It is FORBIDDEN to smoke under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having proof that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or gatherings are under NO circumstances PERMITTED. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
