Fabulous 3 Bed Apartment with Private Courtyard

The Courtyard Apartment sleeps six people in three double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room. There is a family bathroom with shower cubicle and roll top bath with shower tap. There is a wonderful kitchen with dining area. A sizeable living room with sofa, easy chairs, TV with Freeview channels and patio doors which open to a fabulous private, walled and gated courtyard overlooking the nearby memorial garden and water well. Free Wifi is provided throughout the apartment.

The Courtyard Apartment, it's courtyard and parking space on the right hand side of the driveway are all for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Excellent location

The apartment was perfectly located for a short easy drive to the Three Counties Showground. There was plenty of space for 4 of us although we didn't need the room none of us felt comfortable using the large bedroom with no windows. Although there was only one parking space plenty on the road parking.

It's just a 3-minute drive away, but as traffic can sometimes be tricky during certain events, some guests appreciate that it’s also just a pleasant 20-minute walk. It’s great to hear it worked well for your group and that you found parking at our property easy. Regarding the third bedroom, we appreciate you mentioning it. It is indeed a unique space—generously sized, creatively styled, and designed to feel like a cosy studio. While it doesn’t have a window, it’s been thoughtfully decorated and has been a popular option with many of our guests who found it to be a comfortable place to relax after a busy day exploring the area.
